A daily meditation practice is transformational ✨ Meeting in a held energetic container in sacred community (Sangat) helps to support and magnify the power of our practice. Nourishing the vessel toward blooming 🌼 The summer solstice symbolizes ascension and the return of the light. The sun’s brilliance is purifying, powerful and tremendously healing. There are many rituals that people will do all across the globe to celebrate the transition into summer and into harvest. The weeks leading up to summer solstice are especially charged and setting our rhythm for how we choose to enter summer sets the stage for the blooming. Our intuition may be heightened in an effortless and balanced way. Our body and mind also respond to this energy with a renewed sense of peace. This is the turning point where we begin to move out of the 'transitional' season of change and growth in spring and shift into the spirit of summer. Through our 40 day yoga practice and meditation, we will release stagnant energy by purifying and cleansing using the sun energy and welcome more abundance and victory in life!! A gradual opening of the curtains, taking time to root and steady before opening wide to the external brilliance that summer invites. Consider a landscape of your life and the path you are on and notice what is in and out of alignment. Align and shine!! What will we be doing? What are the benefits of this practice? We will arrive at 6:20am and tune in right away. Then we will have a physical warm up or kriya (movement and breathing), Following this we will begin with an 11 minute meditation and gradually build to 22 minute meditation until we arrive at 31 minutes and the physical practice will shorten in each interval (of course you can wake earlier and warm up your body on your own) Mantra meditation: Long "Ek Ong Kar" ( is an 8-part ashtang mantra (8 sounds). The mantra creates a relationship and alignment between the individual soul and the Universal Soul. It is said that this meditation can balance all of the chakras, open the solar plexus, liberate you from the cycle of time and karma, and unite you with the Divine. Contact me for more information.
