Bloom & Balance: An 8-Week Journey to Restore Energy, Balance Stress & Reconnect With Yourself There is a tendency to put everyone and everything first but the most important thing to put first is your own health. It’s time – taking care of your body, mind and spirit. Intentional self-care practices that honour the unique rhythms and demand of women’s lives. These sessions are designed as a gentle reset for body and mind as we transition seasons. In a world where chronic stress and burnout have become so common, many women are living with exhaustion, feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This series offers a supportive, women-centered space to slow down and restore balance through accessible yoga (Kundalini & Yin Yoga styles), meditation, sound and a weekly self reflection or optional sharing following every class. Together we explore simple yet powerful ways to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and replenish energy while supporting overall women’s health and well-being. Rather than quick fixes, the 8-week session focuses on sustainable practices that nurture the body, regulate stress, and remind us that caring for ourselves is not a luxury, it’s essential. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start of the workshop (less a $50 processing fee). Partial Credit: Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a 50% credit toward any offerings within The Soul Collective for 1 year following the date of issue. No Refund or Credit: Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to the start of the workshop. Missing a week: you can have a credit toward any other group yoga class.
