Full Moon Circle & Ceremony

Service Description

Intimate co-created healing space for ceremony & community. Our evening together will gently weave the radiance of the full moon energy, the mid-summer breeze and a pause to check in with yourself and each other. We enter sacred space and flow with the energy of the moment and the group so that we can fully arrive in ourSelves and meet each other just as we are. Circle is a powerful vehicle for transformation, healing, fun and friendship. Our evening may include a mix of: - Embodiment practice (grounding/centering) - Guided meditation - Breathwork - Prompted journaling or thought work & sharing (optional) - Sound (possibly drumming, bowls or song) - Integration / relaxation Make space for the unknown vision of your life to emerge. The theme will be updated as we approach the date, based on the energy being called forth. No prior experience necessary, the only expectation is that you come as you are!
