Service Description

We will gather in sacred space to attune to the inner wisdom we each carry; the vibration of the divine and channel healing energy to ourselves and to those in need. This will be a gentle and heart filled experience, taking time to connect deeply into ourSelves, and share in heart healing within and towards others. We live in a culture that fosters individualism which... When you arrive you may choose to sit in circle or to lay down in the centre. You can decide last minute, but you may also let me know when you register if you have a preference.  We are all in need of healing, the sweet vibration of life force energy flowing through and around us is one of the most wonderful experiences ❤️ If you or your loved ones are in need of healing, I encourage you to come and sit or lie down and enjoy receiving from the group. It's a powerful experience to receive care and while our culture fosters individualism, I do not believe we can heal in isolation. Allowing yourself to receive love and heart healing vibration requires vulnerability and is a gift to everyone giving. Please know that taking this space is important and needed.  Circle holders: You will be a channel of healing energy for yourself and those in need. We will offer healing inwardly, to the group, to the world. This is an environment of care and a space of belonging.  If you are in the thick of it, have experienced loss or illness, are going through a major life transition, are grieving the end of a dream, are opening your heart to love, grieving climate change - this space is for you. Come and be in community, please don't feel like you have to do all the hard stuff in private. If you want to hold space but aren't sure if you know how, you can. If you are tired and need to only receive, yes! Come, exactly as you are. The flow of our time: -    Introduction and welcome, gentle breathing and grounding embodiment to arrive in the space. -    We will work with a healing mantra (ra ma da sa sa say so hung) a powerful healing tool for ourselves and others. The meaning relates to weaving the sun, moon, earth and infinite. I will provide more details to those who register.  -    We will cultivate heart healing vibration through a guided meditation and direct this toward ourselves, our loved ones and our inner circle. -    We will close with a song for presence and victory, you may sing or listen
