Kundalini Yoga & Gong Relaxation

Service Description
Let's prepare for the transition to September! We will use our breath to flow through every cell and return into the body, while awakening the intuitive mind, the third eye. Ideally we always have an ability to experience and live in the world, in our body but do so from a higher sense of self and connection with the divine. We will move the body (let's gain some length to stand up tall) and stimulate the pituitary gland which helps you "see beyond" the physical world and access deeper truths and a felt connection with your higher self. This master gland also regulates vital hormones in the body supporting metabolism, thyroid and repairing tissue and muscle development. As well, it plays a role in our stress response to improve emotional balance and overall mood. We will close with a long gong relaxation, to release any stagnant energy so you can begin September fresh, in balance and relaxed. Ultimately, you will have whatever experience you need and that will be perfect! Please bring a yoga mat (if you don't have we will supply) In the kundalini tradition we believe white gives a nice boost to your auric field, this is entirely optional and you are welcome to wear any comfortable clothes! Where to go? enter up the metal stairs past the playground. Please leave shoes at the entrance.
