The Soul Collective - Family / Friend Circles are a facilitated sharing space where you are invited into deep reflection to become known and know each other in a whole new way. Participants: 4-10 people (additional people will require more time) Location: 240 Manor Road E Time: 2 hours minimum $1250 (3 session min) This is a space to be seen and to witness others without advice-giving, fixing or judgement. You will be invited into sharing through thoughtful prompts, and share in courageous reflection. Each group is customized to you and your needs. Dream big! There is a yearning for deep connection in all of us and often a sense of void and feeling of loneliness in life. Often, our greatest desire is to be seen by our family, and this is also the greatest challenge. It is not always possible to get the ‘feeling’ we long for from another person, but it’s possible to try and find new paths to healing and receiving. When we can allow ourselves to show up authentically, be intimate, vulnerable and tune into our hearts, we offer ourselves and others the greatest healing. If we can release the desired outcome to try our best to show up as we are, and hold an opening for what change may be available, transformation truly does happen. Our desire for human connection is a force as strong as gravity, but that fears and self-limiting beliefs prevent us from accessing what we crave the most. All too often we can know people our entire lives and not really ever know them. We form ideas in our younger years that can stay fixed as though nothing ever changes... but we do change, our families change and the world changes. Can we open our hearts a little wider to know each other a little more? This thought may be terrifying to explore on your own, and this is why I facilitate family groups. When you share in a held space that is structured and with set guidelines there is a different way that you are invited into learning about each other. No one is required to share more than they are ready for, but imagine being able to say out loud that which has been held locked in your heart for so long. The group makes a commitment and follows the same guidelines which I will keep returning to as often as needed. Life is short, don’t hold back. Sometimes it’s harder to say ‘I love you’, than it is to rant about the pains of the past. It’s all welcome in circle.
