Join for an evening of summer solstice ceremony to receive and renew in the supportive vibration of the collective as we begin summer with intention and pause! Thrilled to share in co-resonation with all of you and Nicole will be joining to weave in her celestial vocals at during points in our ceremony & sound. The flow of the evening: ✨ Introduction & welcome ✨ Moving meditation to prepare for entering a new season ✨ Breath work (laying down) ✨ Sacred sound with gong, followed by angelic song with Nicole ✨ Sharing circle and intention setting ✨ Integration A luminous turning point A sacred pause Summer solstice symbolizes ascension, the longest day of the year and energetic peak; natures reset and the half way point in the year. The sun’s brilliance is purifying, powerful and tremendously healing. There are many rituals that people will do all across the globe to celebrate the transition into summer and into harvest. It is the perfect time to set your intentions, power up your projection, and take a moment to consider the landscape of your life and what is yet to be imagined or what needs changing. The summer solstice is an energetically charged day, as are the days leading up to it and just after it, making it an important time to meditate and set yourself up for the year. Sound Healing is rooted in the idea that the sound frequencies correspond to energy centers in your body. The benefits of sound sessions include being immersed in the vibration of the gong, which can be deeply healing, relaxing, improve sleep, release stress, remove blocks and deeply adjust and strengthen your nervous system. Sound healing can be transformation energetically as well to help physical ailments and pain in the body. I believe the gong is one of the most powerful tools for healing, sound waves enter the body and creates change at a cellular level where new energy pathways can form. For our evening together, you will be bathed in the sound vibration from the gong and voice. No experience necessary. This is suitable for all bodies and abilities. If you need a chair just let me know. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start on time. You will receive a confirmation email with more details (where to go, what to bring) a few days prior to the event.
