Each year, as the Lion's Gate Portal opens late July through August 12, a sacred energetic gateway invites us into a season of profound transformation, with its peak arriving on August 8. This cosmic alignment is believed to amplify spiritual awareness, elevate intuition, and awaken the soul to deeper levels of consciousness. Guided by the symbolism of the lion, the radiant energy of the Sun, and the infinite wisdom of the number 8, this portal offers an opportunity to align with your highest timeline. During this special sound bath, the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments will invite your body into a state of deep rest while quieting the mind and supporting reset and alignment. Sound Healing is rooted in the idea that the sound frequencies correspond to energy centers in your body. The benefits of sound sessions include being immersed in the vibration multiple gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments which can offer many benefits including: mental, physical, spiritual healing, relaxing, improve sleep, release stress, remove blocks and deeply adjust and strengthen your nervous system, realign with your most natural self. Sound healing can be transformation energetically as well to help physical ailments and pain in the body. I believe the gong is one of the most powerful tools for healing, sound waves enter the body and creates change at a cellular level where new energy pathways can form. For our evening together, you will be bathed in the sound vibration from gongs, and a combination of crystal and/or Himalayan bowls. At times, I may also use chimes, rattles, flute, drum or my voice. Every sound experience is unique. The flow of the evening: ✨ Introduction & welcome ✨ Gentle grounding breathing to prepare the body to receive. ✨ Getting cozy and comfortable laying down to receive sound healing. ✨ Integration No experience necessary. This is suitable for all bodies and abilities. If you need a chair just let me know. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start on time. You will receive a confirmation email with more details (where to go, what to bring) a few days prior to the event.
