Summer circles are "open" group circles, you can sign up for one or for all and it's a great way to get a feel for what circle is about. August dates will be posted in July. Themes may be: July 14th: New Moon & Beginnings July 21st: Deepening Presence July 28th: Full Moon & Releasing Ceremony The Soul Collective circles are a space to be seen and to witness others without advice-giving, fixing or judgement. In circle we learn from collective group wisdom in community, not in isolation. Community connection and co-regulation is an experience unique in this world and I'm a strong believer that healing requires both Self & Collective work. In circle we support each other, grow together, weave our stories together and sit in a space of shelter and care. When you don't speak your truth out in to the world, the truth of who you really are, your feelings, needs, dreams... it can create illness. There is no better place to find the courage to be your most authentic self (including all of you!) than circle. I will run circle with a min of 5 and a max of 8 people enrolled. Registering for all 3 circles is preferable but you can register for any amount. Women's circles were around centuries ago, we share wisdom that we all carry deep within and can help each other to heal, feel more alive, know ourselves better and find belonging, acceptance and connection. We each hold a sacred thread that runs through our lineage; a thread that if we go deep enough will lead us back to the time when our ancestors sat in sacred circle. "Circle" is not therapy, it's not a conversation with your friend or family.. there really is nothing that compares to the magic that happens in the co-created space of circle. You have to experience it to really understand the transformative power of the group. We will have embodied centering practices, share stories, poetry and song, while we explore individual work in our shared container, within the structure and safety of group. Time to check in with your inner landscape and then place it into the world through journaling and sharing out loud and silence. You never have to move faster than the speed of trust. Come into greater awareness and presence with what you are feeling and what you are needing in life. Experience authentic conversation and friendship with others.
