Service Description
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness and consciousness. Through the practice of physical movement, breathwork and sound, we move energy through the body and unblock area’s that need release so that your vital energy can flow freely. It’s one of the fastest ways to elevate yourself and ultimately help achieve union of the finite self with the infinite. Themes may include: Release and transformation Glandular health Self care and love Cultivating inner light Relationship and connection with the world Rest and relaxation Balancing your nervous system Full body yogic massage and gong relaxation Strengthening the immune system Heart health and love PAYMENT You can pre-register for a 5 class pass which can be used until end of June 2026. These passes may be used for Tuesday or Thursday classes. (If you pay in cash, save the hst) Drop-in's are welcome, there will always be a space for you and beginners are invited anytime. There is no level in Kundalini Yoga but the level of your individual practice. Pre-registration is preferred but not required. You can also email me laura@lauraquinn.ca Please bring a yoga mat. It's a good idea to layer or being a sweater for relaxation. In the kundalini tradition we believe white gives a nice boost to your auric field, this is entirely optional and you are welcome to wear any comfortable clothes! Where to go? come to the metal stairs past the playground and head on up the stairs. Please let coats and boots as you come in the door, bring valuables into the room with you.

If you need to cancel a booked session please 'cancel' your booking online or by email. If you have pre-paid online, you will receive a credit to use for yoga on another date within the same season.
