Service Description
Yoga Nidra is the yoga of sleep, the consciousness of the state between waking and sleeping. It is a journey through a guided meditation which induces deep relaxation, heightens awareness, and accelerates healing. Yoga Nidra gives access to the subconscious mind and can help to release habitual patterns that don’t serve you, as well as let go of stress at a root level and balance the nervous system. What to expend in our evening: - Brief introduction to our practice - Gentle pranayama (breathing technique) to prepare the mind for rest - Physical movement (gentle stretches) - 45 minute guided Yoga Nidra - Integration and invitation to journal (optional) What do bring? - please bring a yoga mat (I can provide if you need) - optional thin pillow for under your head and if you prefer your own blanket you can always bring one. - optional eye pillow if you have one I will provide you with a bolster, cushions and blanket. There is a maximum of 10 spots available so there are no refunds or credits for this offering as once it's full, I will close registration.
